Share 'lips pattern?'

does anyone know of a pattern for making giant lips (a lips-only puppet)? making a couple puppets (an armoire and an armchair) and they both need giant lips. need eyes, too...but there's a couple ideas about eyes already on this site, so will try those. i'm working on converting an opera into a puppet show (not that that has any particular bearing on the style of lips or anything...just a cool…
