- Ventriloquists' figures and full-bodied puppets.
- Who or what inspired me to get involved in puppetry?
- Kids' shows back in the 50s: Paul Winchell, Edgar Bergen, Howdy Doody, "Kukla, Fran, and Ollie", Senior Wences. Also enjoyed the work of Bil Baird and Jim Henson later.
- Who do I admire in the world of puppetry?
- Since my specialty is ventriloquism, I admire ventriloquists who manipulate their figures and puppets well, such as Jeff Dunham, Ronn Lucas, Jim Barber, and Bill DeMar.
- Let me tell you more about me...
- I am an older (65) conservative sort of performer. I do occasional school programs, a few parties, some walk-around events, and lots of parlor shows (especially for my grandchildren).
- My Puppet Company, Team or Club is....
- Solo performer.
- Organizations I belong to are....
- World Ventriloquists Association (WorldVents) and Vent Figures online discussion groups.

I still do ventriloquism and magic... The clown retired after 25 years of performing.
I still love performing arts..just fill my days with other things.

Thanks for the kind remarks! I had originally built that Sock Monkey as a special request, but the person backed out on me. So it went up on Ebay! It ended up going to a person who collected all kinds of Sock Monkeys.

Cher, Thanks for the welcome note. Puppeteers and ventriloquists have lots to offer to everyone. I've entertained kids from 2 to 80 and they all laugh just alike. It's just great fun. I'm just a hobbiest, but it's got to be the best hobby ever. I've looked at your work several times and I'm very impressed. Tom
